Superior Car Care Inc

I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I brought my car in with no A/C problems. After they serviced it, they added refrigerant that my system apparently did not need, and I later discovered a blown A/C hose. I was charged for a full A/C service, including leak detection, evacuation, and recharge, but a dye test performed by another shop raised serious questions about whether that service was completed as billed. I also asked them to inspect my engine mount. I was told it was fine, but when I checked it myself afterward, it was clearly worn and in need of replacement. They also charged me for wheel bearing work, but when I inspected the vehicle, the axle nut appeared to have never been removed. One of the axle nuts is now cross-threaded and cannot be removed without additional work. In addition, the brake job appears to have been incomplete. The brakes continue to drag, and my ABS warning lights remain on, indicating the issue was not properly resolved. Because of these issues, I am currently pursuing legal action. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would encourage others to consider a different mechanic.

They are the best! I trust them to tell me the truth about what my car needs. They have proven over the years to be honest, timely, and have excellent customer service all the way around. I can’t say enough good things about Henry and Superior Car Care!

I can 100% understand why so many people love this place. Henry makes it! He's fun, personable, and the prices are reasonable compared with others in the area. Not to mention, if you love beer and you enjoy walking, Akademia brew pub is a 0.8 mile walk if you're having a longer service done on your car. And Sonic is right next door if you just want a fun treat. What a gem! I will continue giving this place my business!

Henry knows what customer service means. I was quoted nearly $2000 by another shop and was told the car wasn’t safe to drive. Henry actually ran found the root of the problem and we now have a plan in place. Thank you for your professionalism, Henry.
